I have a Gateway DC-T50, and the lens in front when it powers on will not open up. Thus, the LCD screen is not working properly. The flash won`t flash and the camera won`t take a picture. Should I just resell to someone who can take care of these problems? Or would taking it to a camera repair shop be too costly??

If it's still under guarantee take it back to the vendor. This forum is for older, mechanical cameras.
