After using my new (indeed very old) fm2 I now have the problem consisting of that after I press back the film advance lever the shutter button is locked. I can unlock it if I turn the motordrive socket underneath counterclockwise about 90degrees.
Any thoughts, tips?

remove the bottom plate and see if the same thing happens. I could be that the bottom is dented, dirt, etc. is binding the bottom cam so that is doesn't return fully without a little help.

On the underside, near the winder drive disc, there is a ratchet pawl that keeps the wind shaft from returning until it completes a complete cycle.
The screw for that pawl is on an eccentric to give
it a bit of adjustment. Try adjusting the eccentric.
