Hi, can anyone give advice on how I can I can dismantle this lens to attempt a repair. I have been down as far as taking the main body of the lens out of the barrel but cannot progress further. Thanks

Ok this is quite a challenge

Make sure that you mark all the pieces before you take it apart.

As for the aperture the problem is just pressing a piece of metal down.

Roy - Did you get any more information on this - how did you get on? I have the same problem on a CZ S MC 135/3.5 lens. I have dismantled it and I'm looking for some information on what may be faulty or missing in the mechanism. You can see the dismantled lens here http://www.e-quality.co.uk/sonnar.htm
