Does anyone know what the designation " C/FD " means on a 70-210 Vivitar 1: 4.5 lens means?

Canon FD fitting. ie this was the original system the lens was made for. One some fixed mount Vivitars it is possible to replace mount with a different system,if you have all the required bits from another Vivitar lens.So if lens is not Canon FD mount, it has been got at.
