I have a my Sony digital Cybershot DSC P12 (British model) and now all my pictures are slightly fuzzy. The sharp image quality has gone. I dropped it on the floor from about 3 feet up onto carpet. Does anyone have any ideas as to what could have happened to the lens and what measures could be taken to help the camera? I reset the camera but that did not work. I am a total camera novice, so I would greatly appreciate ANY help anyone can give me. |

I am sorry, I just realised this is probably not a digital camera repair forum; that is my mistake. Sorry! |

It's always best to take a modern camera back to a dealer for repairs, if repairs are economic in this case. PL |
