Glenn,

Best bet is to contact Pentax UK and ask them what error message E 37 means and get quote. Sometimes the manual will give a list of error codes. There is also this Pentax repairer who sometimes has advert in Amateur Photographer.

They are Pentax trained and you can talk directly to a technician.

Glenn.

I have the same problem as well. But I get an E93 code for the same camera. Do you have any idea how to fix it either? Thanks

I have a Pentax Z 105-R that is showing an error code # 97. Does anyone know what that means?
Thanks.
