the winder that holds my film cassette in place has fell through the camera hole after the crank lever got accidently unscrewed, i've managed to open the back out, but i can't put the metal winder back up through the hole because the locking spring blocks it
i hope i made sense! if not, i will email pictures of what the problem looks like.
i've tried everything and my photography classes start soon!
please! help! |

Hi Brandon,
The locking spring should slide to the side allowing you to re-insert the film rewind assembly if you apply pressure from the top using either a crochet hook, safety pin, small screwdriver, compass point or what have you while trying to reinsert the shaft up through the hole. It's worked several times for me before. Hope this helps. |
