Hi all. My Nikkormat EL meter had recently started to read low. It does this for all aperture settings, and regardless of which lens is on the body. I have changed the battery, but to no avail. Does anyone have any ideas what may be causing this? The problem did not seem to gradually occur: I was using it one day and the meter gave readings that seemed OK, then a day or two later it was reading very low - it often won't reach 1/1000 with the stop af f2 and the camera pointed directly at a light-bulb. |
