I just picked up an Ansco Karomat. I would like to clean and lubricate the synchro-compur shutter shutter and focus heliocoil. I have got the front element off but it looks like the rest is bounted from the inside. Would anyone walk me through the removal of the lens elements so I can flush the shutter and clean the focus threads? Does anyone know of a site that has photos of the process?
Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.
Best regards,
greg

thanks Winfried!
I am still searching.....Daniel Mitchell's site is wonderful but does not show the Synchro-Compur shutter that is on Ansco Karomat / Agfa Karat with the Schneider-Kreuznach Karat Xenon 1:2/50mm. I have looked in my Romney book and the 2 books by Thomas Tomosy and the Synchro-Compur covered is not the one I have.
Once I get the front element off, there are only the ends of two screw sticking out that appear to by screwed in from the other side.
I would gladly post a photo to my website if someone would like to take a peak at it.
Thanks for any help!
regards....tanker
