I have an old Zeiss Ikonta with a Telma shutter. The shutter is starting to stick a bit. I'm sure a little naphtha flush will do the trick as the shutter only sticks on opening, but it closes just fine. Is there anything I should watch out for in removing the front cover?

Next stage... I figured out getting into the shutter. Problem is the shutter leaf broke. I think it's made of plastic or cardboard. Whatever the case is, I can make a copy of the one that is good with the cover of a school binder and an exacto knife...

Got it working with the binder shutter. Only slight problem is it sticks on 1/25 due to binding. I'm going to make one out of 0.010 thick aluminum. Binder is 0.015".
