I found a Rollei 35s at my parents' house that has been unused for 20-something years. It is in great shape and takes great pictures, but it is missing the lens front trim ring. Is there anywhere I could get one of these? I don't want to replace the camera in its entirety because of the sentimental value.

Phone all your local repair shops and ask for the part in question.Always works for me and a lot cheaper than buying a breaker off eBay.

...except that you can resell the breaker on eBay for as much as you paid for it after you get the part off.....

So they tell me,never seems to work for me.I suppose that I really cannot be bothered with the palaver of eBay listings - rather give the remaining bits away.

another possibility is to let someone else buy the beater and then email them ask if they would like to sell you the part you need.... i've done that successfully...
