Anyone know where to get info on disassembling one of these lenses? I've already gave Mamiya $150 to do this years back, and I think I can do it myself this time. Any special tools required?

Check the repair article section for articles on disassembling lenses. But - it doesn't matter how careful you will re-assemble the lens, if you do it at home there will always be more dust inside than before. Professional workshops have a dust-cotrolled chamber. Also, to clean the aperture blades you should disassemble them down to the single blade. This is not difficult. But reassembling an aperture with more than 8 blades is more like taming a flea circus.

I don't know whethr this work is worth 150USD if done by a professional. But if you want to do it in a professional way it is not very easy.
