Does anyone know if the prisms from the FE and FM series are interchangeable with EM and FG prisms? A common flaw of EM prisms seems to be a faint vertical "ripple" line of distorted viewing in the center of the prism (possibly resulting from inferior or deteriorating prism silvering?). I suspect that the FE and FM prisms may have been manufactured to a higher standard, but do they fit in the cheaper cameras? Comments? |
