when i try to load my camera with film and turn the wheel for the film to feed it won't turn! The wheel turns, but the part that feeds the film wont turn and i cant load my film. I;m really frustrated because i just bought the camera. What should I do?

Look on the bottom of the camera. Is there a button you push in to rewind the film? If so, be sure that button is sticking out. If it is pushed in and stuck that way, the film tractor wheels will not turn as the camera is cocked.
