I have a 1958 BEWI light meter. The galvonometer works but the adjustments wont move the scales. The rubber of course is hard and falling apart so I need to replace the rubber adj wheels. They are 1/2 inch diameter by 0.1 wide. I believe they stretch over the shaft. Reinforced rubber may not work as the threads would tend to slip (i guess). The material has to be kinda soft and sticky.

Suggestions anyone?
