a speed setting ring connected to a light meter cell ,sometimes these devices are cocking up and down i'm afraid the light meter cell won't work right. appreciate advises.thanks

If the ASA dial is loose, turn the knurled ring to one of the extreme positions. If the small diaphragm in front of the meter cell is almost closed then, place the dial such that the lowest reading meets the mark, and tighten the screw again. If the diaphragm is fully open, the highest reading should meet the mark.
