I know nothing about Agfa Isollete and saw a nice deal on PhotoNet for $80 and ws wondering if this is a reasonable price for it and what to expect if i do buy it? Can anyone here take a look at this and tell me what you think? http://www.photo.net/gc/view-one?classified_ad_id=572343 |

Hi Paul, Go to the Folding Cameras forum at http://uk.groups.yahoo.com/group/folding_cameras/messages There's a discussion about Agfa Isolettes going on there. Peter |

Thanks, I have been concidering buying one of these just for it's compact size, besides they are so much fun to play with. Are all Isolette rangefinders "uncoupled" as it says in the add? |

Hi Paul, If you haven't already looked at Andrew Yue's excellent site, you might want to check it out for a wealth of Agfa/Ansco info. Try: http://www.ph.utexas.edu/~yue/misc/AnscAgfa.html . Andrew is very well informed on these cameras and has the info well written and organised so even a klutz like me can understand it. Lol. Hope this helps. Curt in Canada. |
