I have gotten great help from several links here, but have a small problem. Followed directions offered to adjust wind lock under front cover near bottom and have figured out how it works with no problem. In my case, bending is not an option. The sliding bar, part no. 19-0564 is too low to hit pin on wind lock lever. As it is a bar type lever and a bend upward is not possible, is there a further avenue to explore? Can I get access to mount for bar to adjust it, by further dismanteling to gain access? Or could the bar just be worn. It looks ok, just too low.

I should add, that there seems to be no way to lower wind lock lever to meet bar by bending. I would fear breaking the actuating pin off of lever by bending.
