I have a Tokina 28mm f/2.8 for Minolta MD. It is a great lens, but recently the focusing ring has become loose. It will still focus just fine, but the ring slips while doing so. I first noticed it happening a week or so ago, and within that time (fewer than 5 photos made with it) it has gone from mildly noticable to extreme. It now slips about an inch in arc length (from the 3 to 10 ft mark on the subject distance scale).
Can this be easily repaired? I can probably replace the lens for $60 or less if I buy a used lens, but I know this lens and would prefer to repair it if possible.
Thanks in advance for any help.

Two places to look for the screws that secure the ring to the focus mechanism. 1: under the rubber focus grip. B: Behind the name ring, inside the filter ring. It may unscrew, or it may just pop out.

Thanks. The focusing ring is now secure.
