Hi

My Hi-Matic 7s has developed a loose lens Barrel. Its only the front half of the lens suround, from the EV ring forward.

Anyone have any idea on how to tighten it up?
Winfried?

Many thanks in advance

Roger

Maybe the ring nut around the shutter collar has become loose, or some of the screws holding the front part of the lens assembly to the shutter cover. In any case you will have to remove the name plate ring, ther ring with the CdS cell and the front lens cell to check.

I believe that Winfried is correct. I've done that procedure. It's quite easy and simple.
