I have Praktica MTL3 with defect (smoky) prism.
I also have another MTL3, which is defect, but have a good prism.
I would like to swap the prism, but I do not know how to take off the top section of the camera body.
Could anybody give me advice, please?

Haven't you read the repair articles here on rangefinderforum yet??
One of the articles describes the job on a MTL3, with pictures! The article is called Notes about Praktica MTL-3.

One more question.
Is winding lever cover plate fixed by glue, or screwed to the lever?
I have tried to disassemble with self made friction screwdriver - it does not work!

It's screwed on. There is a cover that needs to be taken off first (slide something thin at the
edge and gently lift up, not much space and the
cover is very thin and soft metal so be very gentle), then you see the screw ... the type with
two holes in the head ... you can see this screw
in the first picture of the article with the cover alrady off
