I own a gossen lunasix 3 which i wan t to calibrate but first i must create a stable power supply i would like you suggestions besides cris and gossen adapters- I'm a do it yourself guy. Electronic circuits are my prefered solutions.thanks |

If you do a websearch you'll be directed to a site out of Holland that goes into the subject in great detail. I just checked my downloaded copy, and only the authors' e-mail is listed. Mouser Electronics has the required diode at retail. Top |

Somebody on the camera fix mailing list posted a circuit that uses some transistors and resistors to regulate voltage more accurately across changing loads, which is a weakness for the 'diode in series' solution (where the voltage-drop changes with increases or decreases in current flow). I think something like this could be built into an aspirin size circuit if you had the technology... |
