Hi folks,

I have recently acquired a Pentax ME Super which is working great.

I've just bought a Vivitar Series 1 70-210 zoom in pretty good condition, however there appears to be a bit of fungus on the rear of the front element. Nothing too serious, it is only visible at certain angles and doesn't seem to affect too much the pictures.

I would like to clean it however...

Does anyone know how easy it is to get at the rear of the front element?

From looking at http://www.robertstech.com/vivitar.htm I believe it is the 2nd version (ie a Tokina made lens, w/ constant F3.5 aperture)

There are 3 small screws on the barrel near the filter ring.

Cheers!!
