I need to remove the focus screen of a Nikormat FT to clean the side facing the prism. Can this be done from the mirror box or does the top (and the prism) have to come off? |

When removing focussing screens on SLRs which are not designed for interchangeable screens keep in mind that the mount of the screen has to be (re)adjusted properly after reassembly. Usually there are three screws, two on one of the smaller side and one on the other to allow vertical and horizontal alignment. |
