This is my first time to this site and hope somone can give me a tip. I am trying to avoid the expense of having my camera sericed. It is a much older 35mm made by Sears. I cannot even locate the original manufacturer it's so old! My mother gave it to me. But I love it, it takes wonderful pictures. The Shutter is stuck and it will not snap any pictures, I've changed the battery and will attempt to clean it myself. Any extra tips?

Before you go any farther, we'll need more information in order to be of any help. First, exactly what model of Sears camera is this?
