My Canon 100-300 EF USM lens has dust under the front element, but I can't see how to remove it to clean it. Help please

Isn't that kind of an expensive lens to risk over a little dust?

Fully agree with Rick. That dust won't degrade your images. Leave it be. Or take it to someone in business doing EOS equipment so if they tear a flex-board ribbon they'll have to replace it.

But that is a killer lens for the price, ain't it? Love mine.
