I am attempting to repair a 35mm f:2.5 lens for a nikonos II. The focus is jammed, and I can't seem to get the lens all of the way appart. I took 4 small screws off of the back, and removed the lens elements, but I still can't get to the rack and pinion for the focus adjustment. If anyone has some suggestions, or places to get information on the lens, I would appreciate it. Thanks Dave |

You might try asking the fellow at Southern Nikonos. Very knowledgeable. I'm in the process of trying to make one good lens out of two (black 35'). Shopping for a lens spanner (!). given that the lenses don't even fetch $35 on ebay, I figure it's worth the experiment! |
