I am attempting to repair a 35mm f:2.5 lens for a nikonos II. The focus is jammed, and I can't seem to get the lens all of the way appart. I took 4 small screws off of the back, and removed the lens elements, but I still can't get to the rack and pinion for the focus adjustment. If anyone has some suggestions, or places to get information on the lens, I would appreciate it.

Thanks

Dave

You might try asking the fellow at Southern Nikonos. Very knowledgeable.

I'm in the process of trying to make one good lens out of two (black 35'). Shopping for a lens spanner (!). given that the lenses don't even fetch $35 on ebay, I figure it's worth the experiment!
