lens will not lock into key and stay locked into camera can you help many thanks

Probably just a grain of sand wedging the lock open. Try removing the lens mount and cleaning. BUT...be careful of any shims that might be installed under the mount. If there are any, be sure to write down where and how they were installed.

i have a minolta xd7 the foam seals have become sticky can they be replaced
