I'm following a guide by Tony Duell to disassemble this camera, can be found here:

I have managed to remove the front cell by removing the retaining ring. But the problem I have is removing the front lens element from the cell. I can see there is two rings with notches round it. I have tried to remove the ring that is around the lens but it just spins and the outer ring doesn't want to move. Can anybody advise me how to go about this task correctly?

I'm a noob by the way, this is my first project :-)
