I have a Minolta XG7 I decided to use again after many years. The film advance lever does not work. Does anyone know, does the camera have to have batteries in it for the filma advance lever to work??? Any other ideas??? |

The film advance lever will only work once without batteries. You need batteries for shutter release.Probably You left the camera stored with the shutter charged. Paul |
